How it works

1 - Initial Connection

You will be connected to Workforce Solutions’ Director of Human Resources, Kim Beaulieu, who will schedule the Discovery and Information Session.

This Zoom call will include your team, Kim and the Director of Operations, June Zuyco Schaufus.

  • Explanation of the workforce solutions we offer that best fit your needs.
  • Detailed overview of how the process will work for both your team and the Workforce team.
  • Preliminary pricing for the discussed needs.
Workforce Solutions Contact Call

This is a Zoom call with your decision maker/signatory and Kim.

We will review the contract and address any questions or required adjustments.
After the call, the contract will be sent via an electronic signing platform.

Workforce Solutions Staff Identification and Implementation

June and her team will identify and implement the necessary staff to address your workforce challenges. This process typically takes about 2 weeks from contract signing.

Workforce Solutions Training and Onboarding
Once the appropriate workforce is identified and implemented June and her team will schedule training and onboarding sessions with your team. Onboarding usually lasts two weeks. Calls will be scheduled to best fit your team member’s schedule. After onboarding is completed, June will conduct a follow-up call 1 week later to ensure everything is running smoothly.
    What we need from you:
  • To identify the appropriate contact person for the training and onboarding of your new workforce team.
  • One-month employee fee due on first day of onboarding.
Workforce Solutions Mid-Year Check-In

Reoccurring every 6 months, evaluate operations with Kim and June, assessing progress towards current workforce solutions. Review any additional support needed, discuss challenges and successes, and adjust plans and strategies as necessary.

Cognitive Test

We conduct an assessment designed to measure the applicant’s cognitive abilities, such as attention, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
