Hey, realtor friends. Do you want to make more deals? Do you want to get two, three, maybe four more deals under contract by Tuesday? Then, you should be working this weekend. I know it’s a holiday weekend. I know up here in Boston, it’s going to be like 90 degrees tomorrow. It’s going to be absolutely beautiful, but there’s going to be less realtors working, less buyers out looking. That means less competition.
This is Grant here by the way. He’s going to my mother-in-law’s for the day. It’s easy to talk about being successful, easy to talk about wanting to kill it and crush it and all these things, but you got to do the work. I’m going to cookouts this weekend too, a couple of exciting things, but that doesn’t mean you can’t work for a couple hours, can’t do an open house on Sunday. Open houses on holiday weekends are great things to do. A realtor friend of mine, years back, told me that, and he was absolutely right because there’s less of them, less competition.
If you’re making offers with your buyers, you’re sick of dealing with multiple offer situations, there’ll be less multiple offer situations going on Monday and Tuesday. Get out there and make things happen. Bye, everybody.
