1.) No need to get fancy!

Don’t worry about the camera angle, adding in graphics, or how you look. Not only do people not care, they just want to hear what you have to say, but these are all excuses as to delay doing a video. “My hair doesn’t look good today so I’ll film tomorrow instead..” Turn the camera on and just do it.

2.) Educate

Provide valuable content that people will care about. People are interested in what you have to say.

3.) Don’t overthink

Although this ties into not needing to make a fancy video it also has to do with having confidence in yourself, acknowledging your own expertise and allowing yourself to put yourself out there. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
