We are so excited to have Tracey Fiorelli of Janice Mitchell Real Estate, Inc. participating in the Consistently Crushing It panel at the Crush It In Real Estate 2020 Kickoff Event! Tracey will be sharing her secrets to the continuous success she has had in the Real Estate industry and is eager to speak on what she’s learned so far in her career.
Tracey has closed 61 deals so far this year alone and over the last 5 years has closed over 300 transactions. She credits her success to identifying a system that works for her and maintaining it. She also recognizes the utmost importance in getting yourself out there and talking with clients, not just at the beginning of your career, but throughout it as well.
Tracey began her Real Estate career in 2001 after husband began taking courses to become an agent. As she read his course books and helped him study, she realized how fascinated she was with the field and knew she couldn’t wait any longer to get into the industry. This year marks Tracey’s 18th year in the business. She loves working with her clients and seeing the pure excitement on their face is why she does what she does. She has found a home in this field and can truly say this is what she is here to do.
Crush It In Real Estate began in November 2017 to provide local and national Realtors a sneak peek into what Lamacchia Realty’s training REAL training is about. On Thursday, January 16th from 1 PM – 5PM, Lamacchia Realty will be hosting their Crush It in Real Estate 2020 Kickoff Event offering panels featuring Realtors from around Massachusetts who have had success in this industry.
