Anthony Lamacchia has achieved impressive standings, ranking #86 among the Top Brokerage/Franchise Executives and #130 overall out of 200 leaders. Under his leadership, Lamacchia Realty has not only been recognized as the Boston Globe’s #1 Top Place to Work for Large Companies in Massachusetts for two consecutive years but has also surpassed $2 billion in year-to-date sales volume by 2024 end. As of January 2025, the company has expanded through the acquisition of 10 companies in just 17 months, now boasting 22 offices.

His dedication to the industry did not go unnoticed, as he was honored with the title of 2024 REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, Boston Agent Magazine awarded him the 2024 Managing Broker of the Year, a title that was very well-deserved.
In addition, Kevin Sears, 2025 NAR President and Associate Broker at Lamacchia Realty Springfield/Sears Real Estate, also a notable figure within Lamacchia Realty and the wider real estate community, has ranked an impressive #17 out of 200 on the list. His leadership roles have been many and varied, serving as the President of the National Association of REALTORS® in 2024, with reinstallation for 2025. His previous roles include President’s Liaison in 2019 and NAR Vice President of Government Affairs in 2017. Kevin’s contributions to the industry were further recognized when he was elected President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in 2010 and honored with the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year and the Milton H. Shaw Distinguished Service Award.
In 2024, Kevin proved himself to be an exceptional leader within the real estate industry. Unafraid to face challenges head-on, he attended over 75 events throughout the year, engaging with more than 36,500 real estate professionals.
