Lindsay Favazza: What is the single best thing that you can post on your social media page that will get the best likes, the most follows, the most comments and shares? It’s that video that you filmed and then didn’t post to your page. I’m Lindsay Favazza with Crush it in Real Estate, real training and systems.
I’m here to tell you that if you are struggling to get a video out there that you have filmed, you have sat there, and you have filmed multiple videos on your phone, and they’re all just sitting in that little Photos app. You go back, you could actually probably right now go back and look and see all these videos that you never posted. Those are not doing anything for you.
You’re holding yourself back, you’re never going to have the perfect background. You’re never going to have the perfect hair and the perfect voice, and everything’s going to be perfect, and it’s going to be like Cinderella. That’s not going to happen. You’re holding yourself back, just start pressing Play on that camera and post it.
I can tell you, I’ve done now three versions of this. You know what? This video is getting out there because I’m filming it, and it’s going to get posted. You’re hurting yourself. Get that video out there.
Next, I want to show you just a couple of examples of a few people that I think do it really well. You know what? They probably do the same thing. They probably set it up. They probably have a couple of takes, but they post it. Take a look at a few of these examples.
Colleen Crowley: It’s time for my local business spotlight this week. It’s Colleen Crowley with Lamacchia Realty. I am over in Millbury. Behind me is Mykonos cafe and bakery.
Julian Addy: My name is Julian Addy, your Boston-based realtor. I have exciting news for you. We have been chosen to be in the finalist for realtor magazine’s 30 Under 30.
Liz Puchala: Sellers, I am talking to you tonight. I’m talking to you about multiple offers and reminding you that it is not always the best decision to choose the highest offer in a multiple situation.
Jim Flanagan: In today’s real estate market, if you own a home and are thinking about selling it in the next 12 months, you can have your cake and eat it too.
Floyd Carmant: You’re ready to quit the process. You are ready to put your home search on hold because you’re not finding what you are looking for. Hello everyone, this is Floyd with Lamacchia Realty.
Paul J. Cervone: People are always asking me what is going on in the market. “Paul, what’s happening in the market, in the real estate market?” It’s a great question, obviously, to ask a realtor.
Kathryn Early: Hi, how are you? I’m Kathryn Early from Coco, Early and Associates. I’m here to do my last video in the Buyers! Stay positive series.
Lindsay: See what I mean? Not too hard. All they did was film it and post it, and that’s what I want you to do. Literally, after I finished this, shut this video off, grab your phone, hold it up. You don’t need a production team. You don’t need fancy lights. I know I have them, but it’s just because Brandon is awesome.
You don’t need all of that. All you need is your phone, that’s all you need. Press the camera and film your video. We built our Crush it in Real Estate Facebook page. The following that we have of 26,000 plus followers was built from Anthony holding up his phone and filming video. You’re hurting yourself. Get out there and do it and post it. Thanks, guys.
