This right here. Shout out to Howard Hanna Real Estate. Shout out to Hobi, his dad, Helen Hanna. These people are the ones that actually took it to the judge. It sounds like just today in Missouri. And what does this title of this article say? Real estate giant seeks judge’s recusal over campaign donations in. Antitrust case. So if some of you might remember a year, a year and a half ago, I did videos. I did a live debate against the plaintiff attorney who was the, you know, the ultimate plaintiff, so hotshot plaintiff attorney who went out there and put on a show in Missouri, and I specifically said there are conflicts with this judge. His wife has been donated to by many folks on the on the plaintiff side and many of these lawyers, many different conflicts, and I pointed them out. I pointed out political donations. I pointed out many, many other things like how the plaintiffs, the lead counsel, his sister is a judge in the next courtroom, and many people applauded me and thanked me, but there was a small Percentage of people that hated on me for that and said, oh, that was inappropriate to doubt the justice system. Yeah, OK, as if the justice system doesn’t get it wrong ever, right? How’s OJ? How’s the Casey Anthony case and many other cases out there across the country for decades and hundreds of years. There are cases that they get wrong, but Howard Hanna Real Estate, they filed today. It says right here. A major real estate brokerage has requested that the Missouri federal judge, Judge Bowe, step aside from proceeding over a significant antitrust case, citing concerns about potential conflicts of interest linked to donations made to the judge’s wife. The company argued that US District Judge Stephen Bowe should recuse himself from hearing the case. Due to ethics rules triggered by campaign donations from lawyers representing the plaintiffs. Who called this more than a year ago? I applaud the Hannahs. They haven’t settled yet. They keep fighting back and they don’t seem willing to give in. And I love that they exposed this in a formal fashion instead of me just being someone who’s not a plaintiff yet, at least not in this case, I’m not a plaintiff. We’ll see what happens. I’m sure some of them are gunning for me, but as I’ve warned them all and I know some. See this, I will be the worst plaintiff you’ve ever had. I will be a tyrant, and I will torment you, the plaintiff’s lawyers, and the plaintiffs, if you decide to manufacture fake plaintiffs like you did in this case. So congratulations to the Hannahs. You did a great job filing this. You did a great thing on behalf of the whole industry. they’d also got into this article, and I’m sure there’ll be many other articles, but this article talks about how Judge Bo did disclose some of this early in the case, but he thought to himself, Should I recuse myself? And no, he didn’t. This thing is laughable. OK. Nice job, nice job to the Hannahs. they’re, they’re the largest privately held brokers in the nation. They’re the envy of many of us, independents, and they’re great people. I know them quite well. They do not know I’m doing this video. they might like it, they might not, but I don’t care. I speak facts in my videos, and I applaud them for doing it, and I hope that all of my friends in real estate that are watching here on Facebook and on Insta. We’ll go look at these articles in the coming days and see what is on here, and we’ll make sure to take these articles and we’ll take this video and we will put it on the RE cases.com page and point these things out because it’s frustrating that it took a year and just about a half after the verdict for someone to actually expose this, some defendant to actually expose this. So congrats to them. I have a feeling there’ll be more to come. There’s other things coming up with the. MLS pin case. There’s some filing dates and things. I bet I will be doing a much more formal video from behind my desk at some point in the next few weeks. Until then, good luck, realtor friends, happy home selling, legal friends that are watching, and other folks connected to the industry. I hope this gives you a good update and to the plaintiff’s attorneys that do stalk me and do watch me. no, I won’t stop. So that’s all. Thank you.
