Read the blog below:
Anthony: 26 years old, 18 million in sales, 31 sales total last year, almost a hundred sales in the brief 4 years that he’s been in the business. This guy’s on fire. Mr. Anthony Castellano, say hello.
Anthony Castellano: What’s going on, guys?
Anthony: Anthony Lamacchia here with Crush It in Real Estate, from beautiful Palm Beach in Aruba. I wanted to bring Anthony in to talk to you all, because he will be on stage at our Crush It in Real Estate event on February 10th. He’s going to be sharing with you all so many of the things that he does successfully to have just catapulted his business since he started with us. Why don’t you tell them a couple of the things you’re going to talk about on February 10th.
Anthony Castellano: All right. Other than learning from this guy right here, I’m going to talk a lot of new construction, a lot of social media and generating business there. I don’t want to give too much away now, but that’ll be the main focus.
Anthony: Give something,
Anthony Castellano: Something? Really, and the first-time buyer aspect that you get from that, that’s been huge and really pivotal.
Anthony: Okay. Using social media to target the first-time buyers. Let me guess, let me guess. Ready? Who are hungry for information, because when you educate, you attract. I always talk about that, whether you’re a realtor going after consumers or broker-owner, attracting realtors, when you educate, you attract, you draw the people to you. We put out a whole bunch of videos to promote the event. Guess whose videos so far has the most views. Now, of course, having Anthony and Anthony in it helps. Actually, that’s bullshit, I’m not in your promo video, and you still have the most views.
Why? Because he has a huge social media following. If you’re not following him, already do that. If you’re not signed up for our event already, I don’t know what to say. They’re wasting time.
Anthony Castellano: Do that first.
Anthony: They’re wasting time.
Anthony Castellano: Absolutely.
Anthony: They’re not in action, if they’re doing that. Maybe they’re one of those people that are like, “No, no. I don’t want to go to a Lamacchia event. No, no, that would be bad. They’re going to handcuff us and make us sign up,” crazy. Not a recruiting event. It’s a realtor learning event. It’s a Crush It in Real Estate event. Those are events that we put on here in Florida– well, not here in Mass, in Florida, et cetera. Anything else you want to add?
Anthony Castellano: No. I want to get back to the beach.
Anthony: Thanks guys. Happy home selling. See you on February 10th.
