I’m Vinny Scifo. I’m a realtor at Lamacchia Realty. To be honest, when I joined this company I was expecting maybe a couple of sales my first year just because that’s what the average is in Massachusetts and I definitely exceeded that, I had about 10 sales my first year. In the training they do a very good job of when you initially get a lead how to reach out to that lead, how to book an appointment with them, so you can meet the buyer and seller and have them be aware of everything that can go on in the transaction so you build rapport that way with the buyer or seller and that really helps you jumpstart your relationship with that client so you can be successful. When I first started meeting with clients, I was a little nervous that they were going to start asking me questions that I didn’t know the answers to, but I quickly found out that was not the case every question any buyer or seller had for me I knew right off the top of my head. After the training was completely over I felt 100% confident that I would be able to help my clients in the best way possible.
I noticed, since day one, everybody was incredibly excited to be in the environment. Starts at the top. Anthony is just very excited all the time. He’s got tons of energy and it wears off on everybody in the office. All the agents in this company are very supportive of one another. If an agent goes on vacation then you have another agent to step up and help you out when you’re gone. Being a new agent I had many questions again and if I didn’t always want to come to management, I was close to some other agents in the company and they were always supportive and able to answer my questions right away and everybody was very friendly to start out with. The support team at Lamacchia is really great, you just send any question at all to agenthelp@lamacchia they get back to you almost instantly weekends, nights. It was amazing for me in the beginning because you do have a lot of questions when you first start and to have that resource at your fingertips was awesome. Having 10 sales in your first year is really eye-opening to you and it makes you believe that you can just keep improving year and year to come. I definitely plan on doubling my business over the next couple of years and to keep improving for the next 10 years to come.
