Anthony Lamacchia: We started our Real Training course at Lamacchia realtor in the fall of 2016. The reason we did it is we had many other struggles that so many companies have when you bring in, I’ll say, newer agents. Whether they’re brand new or whether they’re one, two or three years in the business, they need a lot of support, they have a lot of questions. Jackie Louh: Most of the agents when they come into my course, they’re probably less than two years in the industry. We go through the entire buyer process from start to finish, from showing homes, to writing offers, to negotiating home inspections and any appraisal issues that may come up. We go through every single scenario that you could possibly go through when working with a buyer, and we do the same for sellers as well.
Anthony: It’s a four week course, it’s two days a week, eight hours each day. It is mandatory that whoever does it in order to graduate and get your certificate, you have to do every single class, every hour of every class. We want nothing more and we love nothing more than seeing agents come into this company and having their businesses take off, that’s victory for us.
Amie Balchunas: When I started the Real Training course, I felt like this is what I’ve been missing the entire time I was doing real estate. Here was all the tools that I needed, we sit down, we go through objections, things that we’ve had tough times with, problems that we’re having dealing with clients, dealing with deals. I’ve never had that before.
Mark Gordon: In four weeks, you’ve got such a comprehensive training. When a situation comes up, you know how to deal with it, you know how to react to it. It’s not like, “Oh my God, what do I do?” You can service your clients, which is what you’re supposed to be doing.
Chris Dudzic: I came in here green as green can be. When I met my first client, I was so comfortable with the knowledge that I had just from learning. They put it into real life perspective, and it just carried perfectly when you’re out in the field.
Bea Murphy: Being new into real estate, I had no idea what to do, I had nowhere to go where to go, and it’s a little bit overwhelming. The training here provided me with all the tools to go from zero to 100 fast.
Jackie: I love it. I get so excited every time I start a new course, because I was in their shoes. I came into this industry with absolutely no experience, completely different from any job that I had done previously. Now I understand their fears and their concerns. I want to be somebody that can help them ease those fears and ease those concerns. I just want to be their go-to person when they have any questions.
Chris: Jackie is a wealth of knowledge. She has a wonderful personality, she presents the material in such a way that it’s easy to grasp it, understand it and then pay it forward. Wonderful, wonderful person, a great realtor and she is really great as an instructor as well.
Vinny Scifo: They really help you out step-by-step, teaching you everything you need to know so when you do get on your own you feel comfortable and confident that you’ll help your clients out the best way possible.
Chris: We learned from Styler homes how to write a contract, everything about a buyer agent, everything about a seller agent, you name it, they covered it.
Marjorie McCue: All of our emails, everything that we use, our marketing, our Facebook, Instagram, everything that we use day-to-day that is extremely helpful with our business, is what we learn in the basics training.
Mark: During the course, there would be many other people that came in and taught different segments of the training. You got different perspectives from all different people within the company, which made it very good. People were talking about their experiences with it too. It’s not just a professor sitting up there if you were in college lecturing you, it’s people that use this every day. It means more when the people can actually use it on a daily basis.
Jackie: After the course, it doesn’t just end there. I always love when agents come to me and they say, “Hey, can you review this offer before I submit it?” and I say, “Absolutely, I would love to do that.” I get so excited, because when I look at the offers, there’s little to no mistakes. They got it, they understood everything that I taught them and they applied it and they’re using it. I get really, really excited. Then when they call and they tell me that their offer got accepted, I’m probably more excited than they are. I love hearing that, it’s a nice feeling.
Vinny: I’ve actually had other experienced agents say to me that this was the most complete offer package that they’ve received when submitting an offer. To me, that’s a huge compliment because I’ve just started in this business and I think it really shows the training that we have to go through.
Amie: I’ve improved my business about a 100%. When I talk to clients now, they’re just blown away by the materials that I have, the information that I have. The fact that we do have this training, they just feel like they’re in good hands.,
Chris: Well, I’m working with about 12 clients right now. I sold my first house in just a couple of months after getting on leave. I’m really happy with the way it’s going so far.
Jackie: If I had gone to another real estate company, I’d definitely would not have gotten the same training, I definitely would not be in where I am now.
