Look at me. I’ve been in sales for 47 years. I’ve worked for national companies, I’ve worked for smaller companies, but I’ve never seen a culture as there is in this company. Even at my age, I’ve seen a lot, but the support, the atmosphere, Anthony’s support, his guidance, is next to none. The most important person to me in this company is Erin Hebert. She has never ever said no to anything I’ve asked. I say to her, “If this is too much, tell me.” “Oh no. Oh no.” She is two steps ahead of me. I get texts, I get emails. I see what she’s doing, I’m like, “Damn, I needed to do that.” She’s way ahead of me. She’s priceless. Priceless.

Actually, that’s probably the greatest thing about working for Lamacchia is our administrative assistants and the people in the background. I can call anyone, ask any questions, and there’s always someone there for me. Again, I’ve been doing it for a long time, and you’d think you know it all but you don’t. There’s always questions. I love actually making presentations that Lamacchia has created for us because it makes my sales easier.

I have more to offer people. Our advertising, our support, our websites, our social media, it’s all there. The fact that you send 100 postcards out within a day of listing a property, and lately, sellers, especially our interviewing realtors, which in the past that didn’t happen. I have a great network, but recently I’ve been interviewed three different times. They’ve interviewed at least three people, and I won out every time.

I was with a friend the other day, and I’m driving down the street in my community and there was a Lamacchia sign that he saw, and he said, “Hey, how come that’s not you?” I said, “I don’t care who it is. I just want to see Lamacchia signs out there.” It’s happening more and more and more, but they don’t stay out there long because we’re so good. We sell these houses quickly. This might sound like a sales pitch but it’s the truth. As I said earlier, the culture is incredible. I’ll be honest with you, at first I’m like, “Wow, these people drank the Kool-Aid,” but these people are real. They’re all nice people. They all love what they do.

Getting back to why you should come to work for us, l had a group showing last night, and I just put in for someone to come in and assist, they were there. If you put it in, you get more than one salesperson calling you saying, “I will help you. I’ll help you.” It’s unbelievable. Unbelievable. If you don’t want to do an open house, you can pay someone to do an open house, and it’s short money. You can still enjoy your life, you can still enjoy your family. I’ve never been busier. If I didn’t have the support and especially the admin that I have, I couldn’t be this busy because I’d be overwhelmed.
