Lisa: What are you not getting now in your brokerage? If you’re getting everything, great. But, what are you not getting? Not everybody offers everything. Lamacchia offers, I would say, 98% of anything you need. That’s a conservative number because I know for me, I have not taken advantage of every resource.
Lisa: The culture of Lamacchia Realty is unprecedented. I’ve never experienced such warm– It’s going to sound so cliché, warm and fuzzy people that are really high-performers, and everybody’s in partnership with you. Although headquarters is up North, you don’t seem like you’re so far away because you’re in such contact with everybody. I’ve been in contact with several of the agents up North. Two are looking for property down here that are working with me. Then, there’s a bunch of people that are sending me their people. Their personal sphere that want to move down.
What I love most about having such a diverse group of agents is that whatever you need, someone has had knowledge in that area. Everybody really is warm and supportive. Everybody performs at such a high level that I like that, because you know that if you refer a customer to another agent within the Lamacchia Realty, they’re going to totally be taken care of. The culture is– I love it.
Lisa: I don’t have the time or the knowledge to write blogs. I don’t have the time or the knowledge to find out where my content doesn’t have as many views, how can I get that? That’s those people. I don’t have time to sit down and make a postcard and edit things and pictures. That’s those guys. Your marketing team is the most important piece because that’s what has you have your face in front of everybody, top of mind awareness. The marketing team– you have a question? “Hey, marketing team.” “Yes, this,” and they go, “Oh, here, here’s a postcard, here’s a mailer, here’s a blog post, we’re going to put that up for you. We’re going to do all your marketing,” so it frees me up to be with my clients.
The logo is very eye-catching, it’s not a lot. It’s not very ornate. When people see the house with the Lamacchia name, and they catch it. It’s everywhere. I’ve even gotten my son a sweatshirt that he wears to school. All the parents are like, “You’re Lisa’s kid.” He is going to get a percentage, he said, of my next sale.
Lisa: I take the time every Wednesday to do the training because it’s an investment in my business. What’s important to me is what I can take from the training that’s going to launch me, that’s going to make me more money, have my clients win, have my buyers and sellers be taken care of. I set aside time, every Wednesday, 10 until 2, that’s when I blog. You don’t have to do that. For me, that’s my time investment to make sure I get what I need to get my offers accepted, have my sellers taken care of, and then get really just the highest level of business I can.
I just want to be successful. It’s a no-brainer. Of course, you would set aside that time. I’ve taken advantage of their proprietary software, so I can get off-market buyers and sellers and match them, which is phenomenal. Nobody has that. I take advantage of the hub, which is our CRM that’s proprietary, that sets up my entire day, and is basically my assistant that automatically does stuff for me. I take advantage of leads, I take advantage of training, I take advantage of my fellow agents that are completely supportive and really want me to succeed as well as them.
The question I would have is, what do you need? What do you need that you’re not getting? You may not even know. If you don’t know the answer to that, like me, I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I would say take a training, take a shot, but if you have the question of– how it worked for me is, I had the question of, “I think I’m missing something, or maybe I should find another brokerage.” If that’s even a question in your mind, I would say that’s your answer. It’s just like dating. It’s just like dating. This is the best date you could be on.
