When I first started, one of the agents said, “You know you made it when your client tells you that they love you.” At the end of the transaction, I go to a closing, clients actually hug me and tell me that they love me. That has been the most rewarding experience. I’ve been invited to baby showers, bridal showers, haven’t been invited to a wedding yet, but I’m looking forward to the day.

Being a real estate agent is not about just selling homes, it’s about building relationships with clients and help managing clients’ needs and expectations throughout the home-buying process, and that’s what I wanted to be a part of.

What I really love about working at Lamacchia Realty is not only their quality leads that they’re able to provide to their agents, but they teach you how to convert those leads into clients, and clients have been my biggest advocate in success. They’ve helped me by repeat business and also referrals.

Large agencies aren’t able to provide the tools and resources to newer agents the way Lamacchia Realty is. They are going to be able to provide you quality leads, and training programs, and client management systems. These are all valuable services that really sometimes money can’t even buy, and to have them provided to us by our company is something I’ve just never seen before.

When I’m meeting with a seller, I’m 100% confident that we are going to be able to market their home better than any other agency in the state. We’re able to do this by our TV exposure, our radio exposure, our professional photography, our interactive floor plans, and many more features that we’re able to provide a seller that an average agent or traditional agent, rather, just won’t be able to provide their clients because they don’t have the same tools and resources that we have.

I absolutely love the agents that we have at Lamacchia Realty. They are all great agents. If I’m not able to cover a specific geographic area, I know that if I refer a client to any one of the agents on board at Lamacchia Realty, they’ll be taken care of just the way I would take care of my clients.
