Genevieve Botelho – Speaker at Crush It Kick-Off Event

We are very happy to announce that Genevieve Botelho of Lamacchia Realty will be sitting on the Leap Frogging Your Business panel at the Crush It in Real Estate 2020 Kick Off Event! Genevieve will be sharing tips, tricks, and best practices to not only grow your business, but how to maintain that momentum as well.

Genevieve began in the Real Estate industry in 2003 after hearing from her peers that she’d be a great fit. After working in the field for some time, she decided to step away for a while but in 2014, Genevieve wanted to get back into Real Estate. after talking to a fellow Realtor and after having a conversation about the industry, she knew it was time to return to the field. After returning, and in a span of just 12 months, Genevieve grew her business by a whopping 1,200%! 

Genevieve is on track to close 52 transactions this year alone and has closed 149 in the last 5 years.  She credits her immense growth to going back to the basics: making calls, connecting and keeping in touch with clients, and holding herself accountable on a daily basis. She also worked hard to avoid going into closing mode and made sure there was always something on the horizon.

There are two things Genevieve recommends to grow your business.  First, take advantage of the opportunities around you. She made sure to utilize all tools and systems offered to her from her current company which made it feasible for her to grow her business. If there are programs and systems offered to make your work easier and these things allow you to build connections and grow your business, it’s a no-brainer.  She also recommends always keeping in touch with your sphere – if you are top of mind for a client, the more likely they are to work with you again, creating that cycle. 

Genevieve has not only built a wildly successful business for herself, but she has also maintained it.  She works hard to create and keep great rapport with the people she’s worked with and knows the importance of maintaining those relationships. She wants nothing but the best for her clients and strives to ensure a smooth transaction each time.
