Coaching Program with Jason Posnick
Crush It Coaching with Jason Posnick is customized one on one weekly coaching for Realtors at Lamacchia Realty. The program will consist of weekly 30-minute coaching sessions. Coaching clients will also have access to a private Facebook group for questions, sharing wins and supporting one another as they navigate the twelve-week program.
Jason’s goal will always be “Guiding you to YOUR Success.”
Program starts on July 1st and runs through September 30th
$700 per month, $2100 over the three months to be charged on the first of every month from Crush it in Real Estate Inc.
- 11 Coaching Calls
- Includes two exclusive group training sessions w/ Anthony & Jason
- Coaching members will conduct a weekly 30-minute call with Jason to evaluate their business and put specific “to do’s” in place.
- Agents will be held accountable to the “to do’s” agreed upon
- Agents will be given their own tracking sheet to include goals, achievements, questions, homework assignments and any tracking of metrics to support in achievement of the agent’s goal.

- Must be an active member of the company
- Commitment to 3-month contract
- Complete DISC assessment

All sessions will be recorded. Should an Agent need to reschedule a call, 48 hours’ notice is required, unless approved emergency, to reschedule at no charge. Should a client no show two calls without notice the contract can be cancelled at the coach’s discretion.
