Now’s the time folks. Now is the time. The next 90 days will be the busiest 90 days of the year. It will be the best time of this year to represent a buyer undoubtedly. It’s very clear in the numbers. More listings are coming on. Obviously, not as much as we expect, or not as much as historical norms, but there are more listings coming on and a lot of the sell by sellers who are also buying, who have hesitated because they’re not seeing where they would be able to move and other reasons, interest rates, et cetera. A lot of them are starting to make moves and a lot of them are starting to do this, raise their hands to realtors.
For those you that have been frustrated with the market, which is pretty much everybody in real estate, and then let’s be real, if you’re not frustrated with the market, then you probably don’t know what’s going on or I don’t know, you got lucky or had a bunch of listings land this year. If you’ve been frustrated, that frustration will be relieved a bit over the next 90 days but you have to perform, you have to be in action, you have to be on offense.
Despite how you may feel, a lot of people are feeling a little down in the dumps in the real estate industry, you got to kick it up about 10 notches over the next 90 days. Particularly the next four weeks will be the best time of it because those that are trying to get in before the school year, but it’s all about action folks. You have to be on offense 100% every single day.
All right. I hope that makes sense. I hope that gives you all some positivity and some excited feelings on what’s going on. I’m just speaking facts. I’m looking at market trends, and Iโm talking to agents every day like I do, and it’s pretty clear to me that the height of the year, the height of the activity is going to be in the next 90 days, so make it happen, folks. Crush it in real estate.
