We are thrilled to announce that this year’s annual Crush It In Real Estate Event will held be on Thursday, February 10, 2022! This will be our 4th year holding this REALTOR® training event and we are so excited to offer it as a hybrid model where one can join in-person or tune in virtually. This attracts REALTORS® from all different backgrounds and from all around North America and those who attend will leave with a multitude of deployable and actionable steps to growing their business, which can be implemented immediately.
Our lineup of interviews, agent panels, and training boasts many top REALTORS® from various markets and a variety of different levels of business in their real estate career! Their stories are different and will offer new perspectives on how to grow your real estate business from whichever point you are at, no matter if you are new to the field, a seasoned member of the industry, or anywhere in between.
Our Top Team Panel, moderated by Jackie Louh, Vice President of Business Development at Lamacchia Realty, will consist of three highly successful REALTORS® who have all worked extremely hard to build their own team. They’ll share how they started out forming a team, what obstacles they faced, and how they persevered to get where they are today. Our Top Team panel includes:
Marisol Franco – After starting out in the industry as a solo REALTOR®, Marisol Franco decided it was time to build a team of her own. With just 5 years in the business in the Western Massachusetts market and closing 60 sales per year, it is no surprise that Marisol has seen so much success so quickly.
Melanie Fleet – Melanie Fleet has been in the industry for 8 years and has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers all throughout the Newton, MA area. After recently hitting $50 million in sales with Keller Williams, and with her newly formed team, Melanie is excited to share her experiences of how she got to where she is now.
Jim Black – With 10 years in the business and a team that has sold 200 homes in one year in the Worcester County market, Jim knows a thing or two about growing and maintaining a successful team. He focuses on building strong relationships with his clients and within his team to ensure positive experiences for all throughout the entire sale.

Kevin Cormier – With only 2 years in the real estate industry, Kevin Cormier has sold 50 homes this year alone and it comes as no surprise that he was named the 2020 Rookie Of The Year at Lamacchia Realty. His passion for the work he does and dedication to his clients is second to none and these have played an immense role in his rapid success.
Lee Joseph – Closing anywhere from 80-90 deals a year, well-known and highly-respected REALTOR® Lee Joseph with Coldwell Banker has 35 years of experience in the industry. Her massive success is reflective of her years of commitment to her clients and the work she does. After helping thousands of buyers and sellers with their real estate goals, Lee knows the recipe to making it big in the business.
Top Agent Interview with Rachel Barach
In addition, Willie Miranda, Broker/Owner of Miranda Real Estate in New York will be interviewing Rachael Barach of REMAX Preferred during our Top Agent interview. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Rachael has been in the industry for only 6 years and as a solo agent with one admin and one field helper, she closes an astounding 120 transactions and 30 rentals a year. Rachael will discuss how she reached such a high level of success so quickly and what she does to ensure there is still plenty in the pipeline for the future.
Additionally, Lamacchia Realty’s Vice President of Sales and National Trainer, Dave Karoly, will be hosting a training focusing on sellers and what you can do to “Get That Listing on the First Appointment”. With over 1,000 listings signed up and having been on countless listing appointments, Dave is known for being the master of objections when it comes to dealing with sellers. He is truly the best listing appointment trainer you will ever meet!
